I’m a one-woman operation I personally hand make all Products and formulate them myself in small batches and not made in a factory. These timeframes exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery days to postal service is Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive tracking information soon after order confirmation. Once orders are in the hands of the postal service it is up to the customer to check with your local USPS for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers do have up to $100 insurance with USPS in the event this happens.
